The E1 - F5 error code indicates that the oven door lock assembly is not operating. The oven will not begin the self clean cycle unless the oven door is properly locked. This failure is normally caused by a failed door lock assembly. In rare instances, it can be caused by a failed control board or a wiring failure. The normal troubleshooting for this problem is to
unplug the range and check the wire harness connections between the control board and the door lock assembly. The first image below shows the access information for the components in this model of range. The second image shows the wiring diagram with the door lock circuit highlighted. If you are able to
unplug the range and check the wiring connections, you can likely fix this problem yourself. If the wiring connections are okay, the next step in troubleshooting is to replace the door lock assembly (part W10107820). You can order this part from the

If you replace the door lock assembly and still have the same problem then the electronic oven control board may also need to be replaced.
