How can I tell when my stanley 450 amp instant starting power station is fully charged?

I would suspect that the internal battery has reached the end of its life. Surely there is a green light to indicate when it is charged?

The on off switch broke off

You can dissemble the unit and replace the switch---it's usually a common type switch that you could pick up a radio shack or graingers---also you could go to the Stanley web site for a diagram and listing of the parts-number----then order from them--hope this helps

I HAVE A vector model vec022 450 amp jumpbox i need a charger for?

The best place to find a charger is radio shack, they have universal chargers for almost anything. You can also get the charger on line. They have a multi plug with the most common configurations.

How long do i have to charge the stanley j309 300 amp battery booster

Before the first use, the unit must be charged for 24 hours with a connection to an AC outlet (120V). Make sure that all of the switches are off. After that, stop charging when two red and one green LED Battery Status Indicators light.

If you are recharging the unit from a 12V battery, do not charge for more than 6 hours. (Check for a full charge by disconnecting the DC charging adapter and then press the Battery Power Level button.)

The manual for the Stanley J309 battery jump starter is available on the product page here: http://www.baccusglobal.com/stanley/j309.php . The direct link to the manual is http://www.baccusglobal.com/stanley/manuals/JUMPERS/J309%20MANUAL.pdf .

I hope this helps.
