I THINK I REMEMBER reading that Antec had introduced a feature on some of their psu s where essentially the fan(s) were thermally controlled - if the psu was not working very hard it remained cool and the fan remained off but as the psu got warm with additional load it gradually increased fan speed. Perhaps this the issue you are seeing and nothing is wrong ?
PSU's are generally difficult to open and contain few accessible parts. some you can actually change the fan. I don't know about yours though.

SOURCE: Antec PP-303XP died and is being replaced. This

The best thing I could find was something like this: http://www.cwc-group.com/20atxpoextca.html
This will work if your main power connector is a 20-pin connector. I'm not exactly sure what to do if your main power connector is a 24-pin connector.

Fan stopped working

Power supplies are not meant to be fixed. If you have electronics repair experience, crack it open and replace the fan with a new pc cooling fan of the same size and power.

Hi...ihave antec sp-450 smart power and it have 2 fans.only one is working when i pluged it ...is it a problam or the ather fan starts to work later????

If the fan that is working is the outside fan on the power supply and if your case is well ventillated there wont be a problem. If not then buy a new power supply.

I agree with you about the power supply being faulty. Unfortunately FixYa is not affiliated with Antec nor sells or service any computer components.
You need to contact the supplier who sold you the power supply or contact Antec.

My power supply died (popped), so I replaced it (Antec SL350 with an Antec SL350S). However, when I turned on the switch on the back of the power supply, the motherboard powered up immediately (tower...

If you "popped" the power supply, I would check to see if the RAM might have taken a hit as well. Ram chips and CPU are sensitive when it comes to power surges. I would troubleshoot the system, unplug everything. you need monitor, power, cpu, and ram (1 at a time). Check to see if the system will POST. if you do get it to POST, start with 1 item at a time and see if the system will POST every time. If nothing happens, there is a chance you may have a damaged motherboard or cpu.

Where to buy a Antec AR300

You should ebay or just put the model number in Google. Let me suggest that while the fan may be going out, the heatsink will still be ok. You should open up the fan box and see what size of fan is in there. I believe it looks like a 120mm fan. You can buy a nice one for under $20 and it'll go right in without you even having to remove the unit from the motherboard.

Pwr supply not getting power to the mobo.

No fuse, but they are relatively inexpensive, about $30.00. You can have yours load tested by a reliable local tech to confirm it has given up the ghost...and they'll probably be happy to supply a new one as well...
Here's a startup troubleshooter that has more info if you're interested in self-testing...

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

Cooling Fans compatible with Toshiba A15 laptop

You can't replace the fan, you have to replace the power supply. In order to find out whih one you need the best thing to do is open your PC and find out the Wattage. It will be marked on the outside of your power supply. Just in case you do not know where the power supply is, if yo see where the vents are on your computer the power supply is there. It has a fan to blow the hot air out of it..
