Sounds like the exhaust fan is not working. There's an electric blower at the back of the unit that forces air out through the exhaust vent. Unplug the unit, pull the vent off the back, and see if you can reach in and touch the fan blades and make them move. If it won't move something is probably caught in there. You may need to take off the back of the unit and remove the housing cover to the fan assembly in order to really tell what's going on, but it sounds like your fan has an obstruction. It could also be that the fan motor is fried but that seems less likely. Remember to have the unit unplugged, there's some dangerous voltage inside.

I know this is old but maybe someone is pulling up these old Blogs..I had this issue for months just to find out the belt had come off of the blower..stop letting them tell you your air duct is blocked..they use that to blow you off the first time til your warranty is out..Hope this helps someone..
