There should be a cable connected from the main circuit board to the
lens which powers up the lens laser beam to read the disk presences to
spin. It might be disturbed while you are trying to remove the disk
that was stucked. try reinserting it and be careful not to damage the
lead connectors. cheers.
You can purchase a variety of different monitors from your local electronics store (ie: Best Buy, Circuit City) or your local car audio store. There are many different models ranging from visor, to roof mount, to seat mount, to dash mount. Check out crutchfield.com for some examples. They are a reputable car audio dealer.
Try to look in the dvd player's instruction booklet for an ejection hole. Ususally dvd players have a hole where u stick a paper clip into it and it ejects the dvd. If not, contact the vehicle's dealership for assistance.
