Your motherboard is manufacturing defective. If the motherboard still under warranty, take it back to the computer shop where you purchase and demand for an exchange.

I suppose you have already tried moving the geforce to a different slot. It this a card that requires being put in a particular type of expansion slot for video cards only? If so, do you have the geforce in that slot?
If not, put it there and try it again.
Does your PC also require the BIOS be "told" that you are trying to interface this specific video card? If so, then go into the BIOS by hitting the requisite key combination during boot, and then setting your BIOS to the proper settings for this card.
