How do I download a ringtone from my pc to my iphone 4

You need to first make sure that the ringtone you downloaded is in m4r format. If not, you need to convert the song to m4r first. In this case, you can sort help from iTunes.

Step 1: Download iTunes on your computer. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest iTunes on your computer.

Step 2: Import the song to iTunes. Then, right-click the song and then choose the tab of "Song Info" from the drop-down menu. Hit on the "Options" tab to set the start and stop time to ensure that it is within 30 seconds. Hit "OK" button to continue.

Step 3: Select the loaded sound file in iTunes and click File >> Convert >> Create AAC Version. Wait for some seconds, the MP3 would be converted to AAC format.

Step 4: Go to the saving route and locate the AAC ringtone file. Next, right click on the AAC file and you can rename and change the file extension to .m4r.

1. Plug your iPhone into the computer with the USB cable. iTunes will launch automatically. If not, double-click the icon of iTunes to start it.
2. Click "File" on the upper left corner of iTunes, and then click "Add File to Library". Select ringtones from computer. Or directly drag ringtones to your iTunes library. You can also click on Tones from your iTunes library and drop the ringtones there.
3. After the ringtones being synced to the library of iTunes, click Tones Library under the Settings and choose to sync all tones or selected tones. Then click Sync button to sync ringtones to iPhone.

Go to myxer.com and find a song you want then there should be a button that says download for iphone. You will then download the file. Once downloaded you click and drag that file onto iTunes on the top left where is says music, movies, ect. it will then make a ring tone category you can now sync you phone and the ring tone should me there :)
