SOURCE: No communication to the wheel sensors on 2004 Ford
Ford and GM often permanently "marry" the electronic and hydraulic portions of the module making rebuild more difficult as the 2 halves require a different procedures and skillsets to repair (1 is a computer board with chips and circuits, 1 is a hydraulic pump and mechanical valve assembly with some solenoids). You can try BBA-REMAN.COM, they may be able to rebuild it for you, but the majority of rebuilders out there prefer to stick with electronic only rebuilds (Typically european cars all use bosch style seperateable units available as exchange at many rebuilder shops). You may end up with faster luck trying to locate a used unit at a local junkyard that offers say a 30 day guarantee.
Have you verified that the wheel signals are in fact present and are reaching the module? Wheel speed is calculated seperately for each wheel, and processed seperately. It is rare (though not unheard of) for a module to fail in a manner that disables all sensors at once. Typically a module that has lost ability to process a signal or is grounding a signal internally will affect only 1 or 2, and the others will continue to function normally. Also solder cracks on the board are not uncommon, though again that would be very rare to affect all 4 at once.

You can get the driver for the STX right from this link on the Logitech site. Be sure to pick the right version for your operating system. After loading the driver reboot your computer, plug in the STX, and try it on the free webcam test site.
