I am using samsung cobby b340 mobile. i put password on phonebook. but i forgot my password. now i am unable to delete all contacts in my phone.

This happens when two or more similar (saving one number with different names) contacts is saved on your phonebook, i.e. if you've saved my number on the sim card with a name and at the same time you have my number (same number) on your phone's memory, the caller id will not be displayed, you'll only see the "Incoming Call" or "Call". So I would suggest you to please check the phonebook and delete (keep only one per number) if there are multiple similar contacts saved on your phonebook.

You can also reset the phone to Factory default, in case there's no problem with your phonebook/contacts.

If you forgot the password, just do the following,
You don't need to call T-mobile, just do the following;

I unlocked mine after forgetting my password; it should work, since it's samsung universal!!!

Just take in mind it will RESET the whole phone, all your contacts, txt's, games and photos or music will be deleted!! but if you want to unlock it here you go!!

*Turn phone off
*TAKE the sim card OUT
*Turn the phone on
*Enter : *2767*3855# = Full Reset (Caution every stored data will be deleted.)
*Phone will Re-start UNLOCKED!! yeyy
