Hello. Unfortunately GerberGear division of Fiskars Brands Inc is about the only company that handles replacement parts and/or repairs. Your product should still be under warranty, (I believe most multi-tools are lifetime status) and warranty repairs are almost effortless. They have divisions globally, as I am unaware of your location - I am including the link to the North American site for contact information. If a different country is required, the customer service number would be your choice. Sorry I can't be of more assistance, but hopefully this will provide you with a solution. Thank You.

This is the link to the parent company, just in case you need to go higher on the ladder.

How do I change the battery or batteries in a Gerber LED flashlight? The bottom seems to have a black plate that doesn't seem to be removeable.

Hello. The correct way to remove and replace the battery would be to unscrew the end cap all the way. The Battery will then fall away allowing for a new battery insertion. The "plate" is not suppose to be removed (according to Gerber Blades). Hope this helps.

I have a Gerber 400 compact sport multi pliers . The end of the pliers broke off . What can I do ?

Call them and see what kind of warranty they offer. Tell them you're very upset and that you wont buy one of their products again. Maybe they will send you a new one.

Broke my gerber 3.0 flashlight

Wow what entertainment. Both the poster and the bobint17 don't have a clue how this flashlight works... why answer a question you don't know the answer too? To screw with people? To sound like you know what you're doing?

Anyway, the Gerber TX 3.0 uses a Luxeon 3 LED. There is no bulb. It is not designed as a user replaceable item and unfortunately even someone skilled at soldering and such can't fix the light because the head is permanently attached and not designed to be removed allowing access to the LED assembly. Can the head be removed? Possibly. Will it damage something while trying to remove it with a lot of force? Possibly. Should you try? No. Why? Because the light has a limited lifetime warranty from Gerber. Send it to them and they will fix or replace it!!!
