Probably it's the jammed paper that might caused the error. I suggest have it serviced by the technician. Be aware of the paper handling capacity of your machine to minimize jamming:
the paper has a course on the printer u should find out the sensors of detection for paper and clean them up uith a bat ear easy. Find out the sensor on your cooker - ie where is and clean it like I told u it would work, if it doesn't tell me. See ya
remanufactured toners, or off brand toners are sometimes not compatible. I would contact the dealer you bought the toner from and tell them the cartridge is defective and demand an exchange or refund.
Toner complaint may also cause paper jams. It can be solved only by replacing it. When you switch on the loop back plug in, two flash lights appear; then it indicates paper jam. The oil spillage in toner can cause this problem. If the toner cartridge is not functioning properly, the same problem would be the result. The diodes or transistors in the fuser unit of the Multi Function Printer may get damaged and this can lead to fuser complaints. To solve this problem, you should replace it.
the solid light means toner is low. Blinking usually means either the cartridge is out of toner or the cartridge is having a technical problem. If you pull the yellow toner cartridge and put it back in with no change in result, you will need to replace the yellow toner cartidge
There is an 'arm' on the right side of the top cover that clips into a lever which retracts the drum drive as the cover is lifted and engages it as the cover is closed. This lever has become detached. you should be able to reach in the slot with a 'hook' of some sort to capture the lever and re-attach it. It's unlikely that its broken. When attached properly, you can see the assembly move in and out as the cover is opened and closed.
Open front door, check on the color facing you, close door, press the color cartridge to advance the carousel to the color you need to replace, pull out the cartridge and replace with new one.
My suggestion is to take the printer to the highest floor in your building open a window and see if it can fly. or just use it as a $200 paper weight because after 3 months it has been to the shop 3 times and still is not working they way it should. Bad equipment bad support, and just plain bad product all around.
