Coffee maker never makes proper size, almost always have to run it 2-3 times to get even a small mug. Intermittently shuts off completely, have to turn it on in back. (B70)

Sorry to read about your issue.

The brewer should be de-scaled at least every 3-6 months. Scale is harmless, but if left unattended, it can hinder optimal brewer performance. De-scaling your brewer regularly helps maintain the heating element, removable water reservoir and other parts of the brewer that come in contact with water. Better water quality and water heating means a better cup of coffee, tea, hot cocoa or iced beverage. We recommend de-scaling your brewer at least every 6 months (every 3 months if your water has a high mineral content). The de-scaling process involves using 48 ounces of undiluted white vinegar.

Take 48 oz of white vinegar. place in tank. pretend you are making coffee (Do No Use K Cup). let the water fill you mug. then empty that mug. Do it again until tank is empty. then let sit for 4 hours.
Then fill with fresh water to the top. let that tank of water run thru. towards the end taste the water.
If you taste vinegar..use more clean water, until the taste is ok.

I tried to help you. Please help me and Vote/Rate this response. Thanks and good luck

What does brewing time off mean

You can try the reset for the B60. I do bot understand your original What does brewing time off mean??...
1. Simultaneously press and release "small mug" and "medium mug". Immediately afterward press "menu" 3 times. (Menu is the black button under the display screen.) You should see a time 6:09 on your screen.

2. Press "menu" once. Your LCD screen should say Brew 0:00.

3. (I messed this step up like 10 times and had to unplug the machine, then replug it and start over at step one. You have to unplug if the LCD displays "auto ____". If it continues to flash "Not Ready" and "Brew" then you can just keep trying step 3). Press and hold "medium mug". While holding "medium mug" press and release "menu". Immediately after pressing "menu" (while still holding "medium mug") press "small mug". Release "small mug" and "medium mug" at the same time. This entire thing needs to be done very quickly. as soon as you release "menu" go to "small mug" and release both buttons quickly.

4. Unplug the machine (do not turn it off). Wait for 3 seconds or so. Plug it back in, turn it on and follow the instructions for priming.

My machine does not completly drain the water into machine and does not make more than i/3cup of coffee

It may be time to descale. Most models will give you a message when it's time to have the mineral deposits cleaned.
HERES HOW TO DO THAT...
Empty water resevoir. Disable auto off. Pour approx 48 oz of undiluted white vinegar into resevoir. PLace large mug on drip plate, run brew cycle, dump contents of mug in sink. DO NOT USE A K-CUP.
Repeat this process until the add water light is indicated.
Let brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on.
Discard any residual vinegar in the resevoir and rinse thorughly.
AFTER approx 4 hours...fill resevoir with water.
RINSE:
PLace a large mug on the drip plate and water brew cycle. Pour the contents of the mug into the sink.
REPEAT this brew process until the add water light is indicated.
YOU MAY NEED TO REPEAT THIS "RINSE" PROCESS if you notice any residual taste.

I am interested in purchasing this 6 cup brew station, but all pics I see use travel mugs. Can it be used with regular 10 -12 oz ceramic mugs for home use? How about 6 oz cups that match Corelle...

How does the coffee get into the cup? If it brews directly into the cup then the amount can be controlled by how much water you put into the maker. If it is a 6 cup then it must hold the coffee in a reservoir. Do you have to push and hold a button to dispense the coffee or do you push and wait for it to fill your cup? If it is the latter then it will need to know how large or small the cup size is. Is there a setting for that? If it is a push and hold method then you control the coffee flow so size is up to you. As far as it being a travel mug or ceramic mug as long as the mug will fit in the maker and sit securely under the nozzle then it shouldn't matter what kind of mug it is.

These brewers (B77, usually from Costco) are defective & Keurig is replacing them with new units @ no cost. Just call the toll free # (866-901-2739) & they will ship out a replacement in 3 to 10 business days. I own (2) of these & they have both been replaced. Even if not the above mentioned model, call them anyway & see what they will do for you......
