Pls, i need help: my nokia n73 is having a problem. It takes only 45 minutes for the battery to get fully charged, and runs down after 4 hours. I have tried the manual formatting but all to know avail. Please i need help cos it's really frustrating.

This is a very common problem with the nokia N73 phone,


The problem you are experiencing with your phone is not from the battery but rather from the panel of your phone,


The panel of your phone is corrupted,hence its irrationally discharging the battery rather than storing up the charge.

The solution is to ;

1.take apart the phone,


2.Conduct a thorough cleaning and servicing of the phone panel.

3.If problem persists,it means the panel of your phone is gone and needs a replacement.

if you bought a new battery but it has made no difference so i think it may b something so you must repair yor mobile

According to the owners manual for these swimming pool lights, if you light is not working for the full amount of time expected (at least 4 hours) you should try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. The battery pack might not be fully charged. Check the charge and recharge if necessary.

2. The battery pack or charge might be defective. Run the light through several charging cycles. If it fails to hold a charge but the indicator lights are showing normal operation, take the light to an authorized repair shop.

3. The battery pack might be old. After approx. 600 charges, the batteries might lose their ability to be charged. If this is the case, take the light to an autorized repair shop to receive new battery installation.

4. The product might be overheated. The light's internal temperature regluator will shut of the product to prevent damage. Allow the light to cool down and then test for normal opperation.

hi . there is a step by step procedure ..
requirement :- PC , internet , data cable , handset , charger .
step first download nokia software updater from link http://www.nokia.co.in/get-support-and-software/download-software/device-software-update/download

after this install this software on your PC , after installing connect your fully charged phone to the PC and start this software ( internet must be in working condition ) , avoiding disconnection of any type ( light , cable , battery low ) it will take somewhere around 2 to 4 hours , but your phone will work that is for sure .

try factory reset ...... if that does not work get it checked with the nokia service center

in this phone when the battery is fully charged the running battery indicators stop at full position. U must charge every phones battery a maximum of 2 hours b'coz charging more than it reduces battery life and if the battery is not fully charged in 2 hours u must charge it after 20 minutes again

during software update N73, the phone does not switch on. what can i do
