I was on my ipod touch and it died on me so i put it on the charger and when i went to unplug it a sign poped up saying connect to itunes and it is stuck there i plugged it into itunes and tried to restore but it would not let me and now i have a ipod that dosent do anything but have that stuck sign on it ........how do i get this sign of and start to be able to use my ipod touch agian

You have to get the latest itunes then sync your ipod then it will say your ipod is in recovery mode let it download the latest firmware then it will take a while to restore your ipod. You might not have anything you did that should unlock your ipod touch

P.S This happened to me once and i was so happy oncei got it fixed

You can unlock your IPOD Touch passcode or password by following these simple steps.
  • Connect your IPOD Touch to iTunes
  • Press or Hold the power and home keys 10 seconds.
  • Screen goes black, now release the power button
  • Make sure you do not release the Home key until your iTunes says "We have detected an itouch in recovery mode."
  • After this its simple all you got to do is a simple restore using your iTunes

My ipod touch is disabled because i tried my

put it into dfu and restore it. youll lose everything but youll still get on it. just google how to get into dfu i think its like hold power button 10 seconds home button with power button 3 seconds and home button for 30 seconds. then itunes should say that it found an ipod in restore mode or something.

when you signed up with itunes you had to enter a password to buy apps and music. This is what it is asking for to verify that it you wanting to have access to itunes store.

I found a Ipod touch and it say "IPOD is disabled - Connect to itunes" I did this nothing happened, before this message it asked for the code, but i didn't know, what do I Do?

Hold the power button (top button) and the home button at the same time for 30 seconds until it says restoring in process or it will have a yellow hazardous sign. Connect it to Itunes and it will prompt you to restore. Restoring it will change it back to its factory settings and erase everything on the ipod.

If u tried connecting it itunes will say cannot connect enter password. Unplug it and follow the steps above. You must have a itunes account to do this,

Ipod touch empty

you will need to restore it then.put it in DFU mode while connected to the computer. to do this, hold the home and power buttons for ten seconds and then let go of the power but keep on holding the home for 10 secs. the screen will be black and nothing will show up. go to itunes and restore it from there

IPod Touch Passcode problem!

hold home for five seconds then while holding home put in your usb connecter while its connected to the computer and it will be put in recovery mode from there restore it and put your music back in!
