Greetings,

Unfortunately the printer can't support your operating system.
You can upgrade to Windows 2000 or XP, but i recommend upgrading the whole computer (buying a new one) since products on the market today stopped working with older computers.

Keep us posted and thank you for using our service.

You should upgrade your computer to XP, ME is a horrible version unfortunately. It is about 150$ for a copy of xp and then you will have a copy forever. The printer unfortunately will not work with Millenium.
thanks,
Lee

Awesome glad I could help, That way if you ever do decide to replace your computer. You can buy one without windows and you have a copy to install which will save you the money you already have spent on XP.
    Thanks and enjoy,
    Lee

Want to reset to factory... i have an hp pavilion 7920

Most manufacturer's reserve a small partition on the stock hard drive for returning the PC to factory state. When booting the PC, an option should show "repair your computer" or something along those lines. Try pushing either F12 or F8 when booting to bring up this menu.

My hp pavilion a 1140n turn on fine but my monitor no display pc running good

Try using a different monitor to check if it is your monitor that is indeed bad.

Also, try using a different cable if possible.

If the computer is at fault (different monitor didn't work either) then you can try installing a graphics card.

Look inside your computer and see if a slot for a graphics card is there. This will be a single unique slot unliek the others in the system.

The video above shows how to choose and install a video card.

I recommend Newegg.com for purchasing

Overstretched screen

the circuitry to regulate the screen size and the height and width has failed and your crt need service but it would be more expensive to repair than to purchase a new LCD monitor.
the control pots or resistors usually go out on a crt over a period of time and have to be replaced This is very expensive. Also with the pots the capacitors in line with the resistors have to be replaced. Then there are the regulator components such as a LM317 which regulates the voltage to the circuit to keep it at constant voltage for the pots to adjust.

I have creatacard gold 4 that will not load with windows7 onto a new HP Pavilion computer. I tried the compatabiliy modes and still it will not load . the trouble shooting program says that it is...

Dear,
Your HP computer may be new, but your programs must be compatible with your operating system. If your Creatacard is older, the compatibility most likely stops with Windows Vista. Windows 7 is like a "brand new day". Read the label on your CD. It will tell you which systems it will work on. I had Windows 98 and Windows Millenium. When I upgraded to Windows XP my "create" CD's no longer worked.
Try downloading Avery cards. Be blessed.

Hp pavilion monitor not starting up

That will happen if the monitor isn't getting a video signal from the computer. Are you sure your computer is actually starting up properly? Are you hearing the normal Windows startup sounds? If the computer and Windows seem to be working properly, the video card or integrated video may have failed. Have you tried another monitor to verify that the computer is working?

If the monitor is in fact bad, it would be better to replace it than to try a repair. New LCD monitors are quite inexpensive and you'll gain lots of desk space.
