Hello, Im Shaquan Ayers I have a Toshiba laptop, the battery pack model no. is PA3634U-1BRS. Maybe that will help you find it. i can't find the serial number on my laptop. the serial number sticker has came off and i cant find the serial number. my keyboard on the laptop stop working so i am returning it. but i can't return it without the serial number. i have a Li-ion battery pack. the battery pack is the only component on the laptop that has numbers. battery pack DC 10.8/10,8V =4-Wh, i hope this helps. my mom brought it May through Mid June for my graduation on June 15th. The person who brought it was Larry Vaughan. His cell is (757)724-5925, if that helps. My main question is....what is my serial number or is there in address that i can ship my laptop to?????

IT CAN NOT BE CHARGED OVER 70 %

Some batteries have a reset button on them. If it doesn't then the battery needs replacing. Most only are good for a couple years then stop charging properly, if at all.

It is an old battery. Replace the battery as it is losing capacity.
