Look for color temperature settings under the menu and video settings. If there is an overall factory reset or restore to factory settings, try that as a last resort.

Hi, My guess is your daughter messed it up. Go to menu and color and reset to default should fix it. You may have to adjust color for your best viewing. Good luck.
Hi,Would you pls check the connection that you have made between TV and DVD player..? 2xRCA (white+Red) will go to Audio IN sockets of TV in addition to 1xRCA Yellow video cable goes to "Video IN socket of TV.. if
the connections are right than you must select the right source on TV
,as AV1 ,AV2 which corresponds to the cable input sockets of your TV. Take care and please Remember to rate/vote for us to continue for Helping out the Community :)
your color engine is failing its also known as the optic block and they are very expensive to replace good luck google the optic block failure in these sets to better educate yourself with what your dealing with ok it most often blue that shows the failure but green and blue to and red
This the classic symptom for component input wires being crossed. Check color coding on tv input and signal sourse. Green,Blue and Red wires must correspond. If ok Is the color off on the tv menu also. If so and wires are ok replace light engine.
Looks like you are using Component cables. There are five cables. The first three cables are Green,Blue and Red. These are the ones that are molded next to each other and are the Video signal cables. The other two cables are Red and White and they are the audio cables.
First to correctly hook up these cables you need to Connect (Match) Color for Color. (Green to Green, Blue to Blue, and Red to Red. To tell if you have correctly connected the Video cables is to look at the screen. If the picture looks ok (Normal with no colors missing then you have connected the video cables correctly). If you see a missing color meaning red, then switch the Red cables. The picture should be ok now. The remaining two cables are the Red and White cables. The "Red cable" is for the "Right" audio input and the "White" cable is for the "Left" audio Input". If all is connected correctly then you should have a good picture and Left and Right audio.
OK no problem here. I can help. First reconnect the DVD Player to the tv using the Compoment cables. Match Green to Green,Red to Red and Blue to Blue.. If this is done correctly then you will have normal looking picture. If the picture looks like it is missing the RED color then switch both Red cables. The pix should look normal. Then connect the RED and White audio cables to the audio inputs . Now the Pinkish color is a result of the DVD Player not being set to the "Progressive" setting in the DVD Player Menu. It will help to connect a set of COMPOSITE cables from the DVD Player to the TV's Composite Input. Those are the Yellow,Red and White inputs on both the tv and the DVD Player. This will allow you to see the DVD player menu in case you cannot see the menu while in the Component input. The Pinkish picture should go to a Normal picture.
hello.... do you have any speakers near your television? what color is the circle your talking about? Do the green, pink colors are scattered all over the screen and specially on the corners? If you have or had speakers near your tv? then do this try to get a magnet.a magnet on a speaker would do.what you have to do is to place the magnet near the screen of the tv approx. above the green, pink color (turn it on first).you will notice the that the color will react with the magnet try to pull it on the side you will notice that the green, pink color is moving on the same direction do it until its gone.NOTE make sure youll not scratch the screen ok.email me what happened. [email protected] GOODLUCK
Your problem most likely is on the signal board is my guess. If your not a technician it would be in your best interest to have him check L2C60 on the signal board.
yes! the problem is in the CRT board the RGB colors! you have lost of blue and red! thats why your unit is green! and only green is worked the blue and red is not work! maybe you have lost contact of them! resolder all CRT board to comeback the normal picture!
