Question about GE 36 in.JGP970 Gas Cooktop
Hi, That is not that hard to fix and you can easily buy the parts yourself online...
First check the way the burner is assembled.... compare it to the other burners... seems as though it may not be put to gether properly....
However if this was a defect from new there may be a flaw or something stuck inside of it...
Probably will not get warrranty on it now... but you could try....
Anyway...
