I have sony ericson xperia x10 but when i tried to transfer files using bluetooth to my friend's black berry 9700 word appear "paired but not connected" may i know what will i do to fixed it. thanks. Amor

Have you & him trusted both the devices first?
Sometimes this has to be done for the good smartphones that have secure wi-fi settings defaulty installed on the systems from manufacturers.

Go to your Connections settings.
Select: "Trusted Devices" if you have that one or similar wording.
Make sure your friends 9700 is selected as a Trusted Device so that you'd be able to pair information across.

I don't know how to send pictures via bluetooth

Go to the Android market and download an app called Bluetooth File Transfer. This will allow you to send files but also to use your phone to browse external devices (eg phone or pc/laptop) remotely once paired with it.

You can use the Edit, copy & paste function to move the files over.

How to transfer contacts from nokia to sony ericson xperia x10?

This can be done in a few ways: synchronizing with Outlook/Lotus Notes, via SIM card or sending the contacts manually as vCard files. I've recently bought a Sony Ericsson Elm and wanted to transfer contacts from my old Nokia 6233. Take a look at my solution here:

Good day,there is probably an error in the established bluetooth link between the phones,my solution goes thus;
Put off the two phones and turn back on after 5mins,reconnect the phones via bluetooth and transfer the files,if the problem persists,it means the problem is solely from either of the phones,try transferring with other phone to establish where the fault is from and let me have a fitback to this solution

Some blackberry don't receive through blue tooth.,it 's just there for decoration.

alright bhavin,

all you need to do is first PAIR your both the devices using bluetooth, then in black berry on music or ringtone or picture whichever you want go to.. menu-->option-->receive using bluetooth ,,,, once you allow files to be transfer from nokia you will receive in blackberry... and for sending out from black berry... select SEND USING BLUETOOTH....

i was doing the same to transfer between my nokia and blackberry phones...!!!

but for downloading this particular files, i never this so sorry about it..!!
