A very clever microwave, making bread!
If and as I suspect you have a bread maker, the beater does clonk a lot as it mimiks the beating motion of making dough and proving. It will pick everything up and stir it in as it rises.
Hope that clarifies for you.

Epoxy floor is not drying in some places it has been a few days still has a few spots not drying Paint was mixed well what can I do?

although its not widely known , but two part epoxy paints have a resting period they need to have after there mixed vigorsly together , the label should denote how long this time should be , its usually about five minutes or so , this rest is nessacary for the two chemicals to adsorb into one another (prevents bubbles too), floors that don't harden , well theres one sure fire way to fix em , use solvent and remove non hardened paint with old rags (lots of em) but sometimes if only slightly sticky then you can go over them with a fresh batch (using proper mixing methods ) the new paint will encapsulate the old paint and harden over it

Pizza dough sticks like glue on my Hamilton Beach pizza stone

There are about three things you might consider.
First, you can sprinkle corn meal lightly on the stone and this will help prevent your pizza dough from sticking.
If you're already doing this, you might try spraying with a pan coating before you sprinkle the corn meal on the stone.
Additionally, most of these stones require "seasoning" which is done by rubbing the stone lightly with vegetable oil and placing into the oven at about 300 degrees. Let it heat until the oil starts to smoke. Turn off the oven and let the stone remain in there until it cools. DO NOT WASH IN SOAP AND WATER.Just use a damp cloth to clean.
I hope one of these suggestions help. If they do, please come back to Fixya and rate my advice.

Kitchen Aid Mixer Model KSM5PSGR . I have had this mixer for about 15 years and recently while mixing dough, it started struggling to spin, and at some point stopped spinning. I just turned it on, and it...

it's possible the brushes on the motor are burned out. Are there 2 screw holes on the sides? You should have one on either side that look like a flathead screwdriver would fit in them? If so, inside those chambers are the brushes and springs for your motor. You can try replacing them. You should be able to order replacement brushes based on your model number(found on the bottom of your mixer). Let me know if that helps.

Dough does not rise

Does the microwave work for other things or Is the middle of the dough cooked? If, yes try lower power settings, if the unit has them. You may also have to adjust cooking time also.
If no you need a service call or replacement which just could be less expensive.

My bread maker quit working. The blade doesn't move to mix the dough

I expect the teeth are stripped on the plastic drive shaft or the motor has seized.
Time for a new one I guess.

Can i use the kenwood chef with the dough hook for the second kneading in bread making

If you use the dough hook it will remove the air built up in the rising dough. The Kenwood should have a beater or paddle for that.
I prefer to use my hands and give the bread a good beating!

I have a super shooter hamilton beach cookie press. the long plastic screw will not stay in place, the small plastic gear falls out.

Hi Jane,

The bolt isn't supposed to stay in one place. It's meant to turn, so the dough can be pushed to the end of the plastic tube. When you're putting the parts together, wind the bolt to one end of the long (7 inch) screw. Next, put the 1.5 inch circular disk on the same end of the column as the bolt. Then, stick the screw in the little hole; the bolt will just lay inside the hole. The screw will go almost all the way inside the handle. Then, attach the plastic tube, making sure to line up the indentations in the tube and on the circular disk. Then, add the cookie dough. When you press the handle (turning on the Super Shooter), the screw should turn, causing the round disk to move up and push the dough toward the tip/disk. I hope this helps. Happy Baking!
