first shut down the computer and then while u turn on the computer start pressing F8 on the computer for 12 times and it will give you an option for advanced boot option from the list select safe mode with networking and then try to boot the computer ,,,,,once u log on to safe mode then go to run and in run type in msconfig ,,,in system configuration box select services and disable unwanted services and then restart the computer on normal boot and then the system will work fine ,,,,,,
