I have an unwanted program on my computer, but I can't get it out of safe mode. I've pressed F8 when re-starting and nothing. Please Help!!!

Once you have solved the problem that sets it in "safe mode", you can reboot the computer into normal mode.

Look in the Control Panel.
Pick device manager and look for a yellow balloon, which will show why it is still in safe mode.

It seems that your OS has registry problem.

- Start PC in safe mode, normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up.( Google it)
- In Safe Mode create a new user, with administrator privileges and protect it with password.
- Remove unwanted software's & programs.
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Download reliable program RegInOut to fix OS registry properly.
- Restart your PC normally and log on to the new account created.

Disconnecting the power should turn your PC off. Plug it back in and switch it back.

- Start PC in safe mode, normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up.( Google it)
- In Safe Mode create a new user, with administrator privileges and protect it with password.
- Remove unwanted software's & programs.
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Download reliable program RegInOut to fix OS registry properly.
- Restart your PC normally and log on to the new account created.

Boot the computer into "Safe Mode".

To boot PC into Safe Mode follow these steps:

1. Turn the computer on or Restart the computer
2. Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Boot Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
3. Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected, not Repair Your Computer
4. Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
5. When you are finished with troubleshooting, close all programs and restart the computer as you normally would

If the computer boots into Safe Mode you can try disabling Startup Programs, one of these might be causing your computer to freeze. To do this follow these steps:

1 Press Start. Type msconfig into the search bar and press Enter. For XP, click on Run and type msconfig there.

If you go into safe mode with networking you can get rid of those unwanted files through safe mode.
restart computer as soon as you restart start tapping on F8 and you will get the screen to start in safe mode with networking use arrow keys highlight Safemode with Networking and hit enter.
goto add remove programs and delete those unwanted programs.

to boot a system in safe mode restrt your computer as the computer starts press F8 you will see a set of command like safe node safemode command etc click safe mode you will see set of files running wait till the safe mode starts the you will be able to see the mouse icon then it will ask do you want the computer to start in safe mode click yes now you are in the safe mode section in safe mode section the system starts in defult setting you wont be able function somefunctions safe mode is for correctiong your computer or to remove unwanted software or hardware

try to boot the computer in safemode with networking .

first shut down the computer and then while u turn on the computer start pressing F8 on the computer for 12 times and it will give you an option for advanced boot option from the list select safe mode with networking and then try to boot the computer ,,,,,once u log on to safe mode then go to run and in run type in msconfig ,,,in system configuration box select services and disable unwanted services and then restart the computer on normal boot and then the system will work fine ,,,,,,
