I see you have downloaded the software for the keychain. You didn't mention downloading the drivers. The drivers is what lets the keychain and the computer sync and communicate.
The software (driver) is on the device itself. When you plug it into your computer, the device should appear as an external "disk". Open that icon and you should see some files. One of those will be the installer for the software so you can load photos onto the device.

HOWEVER, the Mac software only works on older, Power PC type of Macs (those had a different chip than the new ones do). I\'ve ended up just throwing mine away. Really bugs when companies don\'t do updates to their products.
Note #2: On the box for the photo viewer, there is a website listed to get software for the device. It\'s at

Their Windows software seems to work, but the pages for Mac software for ALL their devices on this page gives a \'404 Not Found\' error. I tried contacting them directly and all I got was "Duh. Dunno." They couldn\'t even understand what I meant when I told them to report the problem so the web masters could correct the error. They call that Customer Service?
