Question about SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 Player
Hi,
I don't know what you really mean
1.Whether the player is not playing
or
2.Player is not connecting to the computer.
I have solution for the first one.
If your player is not playing.
1.Connect your player to the computer.
2.Take the backup of your songs, ebooks etc.,
3.Now format the player(Uncheck quick format)
4.Now load the songs ebooks etc., to your player.
5.It will work now.

Is it recognised still on computer? if yes, go the sansa wesite, download the latest firmware for your player, and update it. this should sort it out.
