Hi,
I don't know what you really mean 1.Whether the player is not playing or 2.Player is not connecting to the computer.
I have solution for the first one. If your player is not playing. 1.Connect your player to the computer. 2.Take the backup of your songs, ebooks etc., 3.Now format the player(Uncheck quick format) 4.Now load the songs ebooks etc., to your player. 5.It will work now.

Is it recognised still on computer? if yes, go the sansa wesite, download the latest firmware for your player, and update it. this should sort it out.

Try connecting to another PC as you mentioned and format the drive as NTFS.Do a full format, not a quick format, and the drive should be in prime condition to be read by the OS installers.

Your Phone does not have any kind of mobile virus (only PC virus are able to store themselves in 6233's phone/card storage).. So either format ur memory card and phone memory (by dialling *#7370# on main screen) or scan ur phone's/card's Memory (in "Mass Storage" Mode) via any PC anti-virus Scanner..

Problem of hanging & many more...

your cell phone is infected with virus you want to HARD FORMAT, switch off your mobile phone 1st, then press and hold 3 keys at a time star key, green dial key, and no. 3 key. then switch on your phone.
do not unhold all three key's until nokia's logo come's [hand shake] . it's done. you have to select your city. mean's your phone is virus free now.
[get backup of your contacts and messeges before formatting or you will lose your data]

Memory card cannot be formatted due to multiple viruses

install mcafee and remove viruses.. it probably w32 worm can be w32 sality. remove viruses from baground processes. use card reader and remove viruses from mcard using anti virus program

If you have not install a anti virus program on the computer to scan and remove the virus. A good virus remover could be found at www.free.grisoft.com AVG Anti virus. Here you can download either the free edition or the Pro Edition which is not free. Try the free edition first to see if it will remove the virus. Also get a spyware removal program. Good Luck
