You can download the driver installation files to the PC that is working and copy them to a USB thumbdrive or burn them to a CD. You can then take the thumb drive or CD to the machine that needs the drivers and run the driver installation file from that computer.
as soon as i want to download it wants to install straight away cant save it to a flash disk
You chose to use the download manager instead of your browser download. You'll have to disable download manager:

To make the pop-up screen display again so you can choose the browser option to download, empty the cookies for your internet browser. Choose the option for “Internet Browser” and ensure the Remember my Selection box is checked on the bottom right of the pop up window.
