The tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.The tv convergence board have dead 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.The tv convergnece board,must have these parts changes on the tv convergence board to solved the tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

This kind of problem occurs due to convergence output chips failure, replace convergence output ICs in tv to solve this issue.
IC replacement in circuit board requires soldering work and good knowledge of electronics, if you are handy with electronics stuff repair and want to repair tv by yourself then let me know to provide you more info OR call local tv repairman to do this job.

You have a common problem.
This model (WS55511) uses a single convergence chip and after 5-8 years it fails. I will attach a photo of what the chip looks like and also a typical convergence problem.
I have fixed hundreds of these sets with this problem.

They tell you everything you will need and how to do it from beginning to end.
Parts cost (On EBAY) is about 14 dollars for the chip plus shipping.

the convergence IC`s and associated resistors have to be replaced, do not repeatedly push magic focus or the alignment after the parts change out will take longer which of course means higher repair bill, good luck

Call a technician to recalibrate your color guns. They usually need to be recalibrated yearly, lately. Many times the cost of getting it service exceeds the value of replacing it with a new one.
