This will sometimes happen if the number of phones on the line has exceeded the REN value. Disconnect all other phones and test.

It can also happen dues to connection faults by your Telco.

I need a user guide for the Magicbox Gilda twin phone set please. I cannot find one online

Try holding down the paging button on the base and wait until the phone ask you to register.

Hi - took me ages to work out without the manual, but when you're in the answerphone menu (described above), press 9 (record OGM) then either 1 or 2 (1 for OGM 1 and 2 for OGM2), speak your message, then press 5 (stop), the message will automatically replay, then you're sorted
