. Most cell phone companies provide free drivers on their website, visit your cellphone brand's website for driver downloads
some drivers like Samsung and Motorola have tricky phones that do not auto install drivers, Samsung has updated manual install drivers and directions on their website along with Motorola.
3 Please provide detailed brand and model number to better determine solution, most cellphones will auto install as a "portabledevice" only and that alone will not be enough to transfer files to your phone. After you have downloaded the drivers from the manufacturers website, type in "Device manager" in the search bar of your Windows, click on "Device Mananger", find your device, right click and choose "update device drivers", than choose to manually select drivers from folders, select where you have saved the downloaded driver and choose that file. It will than install the said driver. That is how you manually install your driver which you have to do with a lot of smart phones.

Here's the procedure

1. After download this 2 link,install the software and the drivers.
2. if installation are finished,open the software and plug the phone to any usb port on your pc.
3. if the pc ask for a phone driver of yours,locate the driver that you download.
4. and when the phone is recognized,your mobile information will comes out automatically and you will see the unlock code and the security code of your phone.

Hi, you will need a drivers for your phone because without the drivers, you will not be able to do anything with your phone on a PC. Even using it PC suite.

Sometimes drivers comes with a newly ordered cell phone,but am not too sure of the cell phone you ordered if it comes with a drivers CD.

If the phone doesn't come with a driver CD in it,you can simply download the drivers from the below link:

try that driver,if it does not work, then keep downloading drivers until one works, but this driver worked for me and my other friends.

Windows Vista have the drivers needed. But Windows xXP does not.

Also if the phone is not working with your memory card. move everything on your card to your computer and make a file for it. Then reformat your memory card from your phone. Then transfer back your files. Now my music and pictures are showing up.
