You seem to have a fault in your TV for a horizontal failure to synchronize with the horizontal pulses.
SInce the model was not mentioned I suppose this must be an older version. It is possible that the sync IC is not working as it fails to lock the vertical and horizontal pulses to stabilize the circuit.
If the entire sections are on one IC then it might be fault.
Now since as you mentioned that the set works fine initially , you might notice that the IC is heating up too soon and hence resulting in the horizontal shift. If so try to use a- freeze it-Spray on the IC and if this brings back the horizontal. then try to see for any faulty capacitors on the IC section, check the power to the IC.
If not the IC must be replaced.
Have a wonderful New Year.
ok,your porblem is very simple, reheat or resolder the main board your tv.

I was able to fix my problem by trying something that I found in my owners manual. Maybe you can give this solution to other people that might need it.
If you hold the zero button and the power button at the same time the machine resets itself back to the original factory settings. It corrected my problem right away.
I didn't really understand the FixYa solution.
