Your question isn't very clear, but I'm assuming you mean a video in your camcorder. You should be able to do it right in the camera. Most camcorders take video and pictures and have a switch to toggle back and forth. Find the switch and toggle over to video, then press menu. Go through the menu options until you find an option to delete. Confirm you want to delete and it will be deleted right in the camera.
If you want to preserve the video first, then plug your camera with a USB cord into a computer. Newer computers will automatically install the camera driver and recognize it. If it doesn't automatically recognize the camera, then you will have to use the disk the camera came with or go to the manufacturer's website to download the driver. Now plug it back in. A menu should automatically start and you can choose to transfer the video. There is usually a check-off box that says delete after transfer. Check that box and the video will be deleted from your camera after it transfers.
You see the Elura 65 digital camcorder does not do that.... i have tried many times
what if you dont have a USB cord to connect your camcorder to the computer?

The instructions I gave you would work for most cameras. You will have to buy an accessory called a Film Adaptor FP100. It transfers 35mm film and slides to video You can purchase it from their site. They also sell AV cables for viewing your video from a TV. They also have a Interface Cable IFC-400PCU, although it does not specify if this is a computer connector cable.
Here is where you can purchase the necessary accessories: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/co...

Let's try this one more time. This link is going to take you to a webpage that has the link to the Elura. For whatever reason the full direct link is being truncated.
