Before you press that small button in the back of the controller you must first press a small button located in the front of the xbox. After this is pressed then you may proceed to press the"wee"button you did before.

New razer headset..flashing green and not comnecting

If your Razer wireless headset is flashing green and not connecting to your Xbox One, there are a few things you can try:
  1. Reset the headset: Try resetting the headset by holding down the power button for 15 seconds until the light on the headset turns off. Then, turn the headset back on and try to connect it to your Xbox One again.
  2. Check the Xbox One controller: Make sure the Xbox One controller is properly synced with the console and that the batteries in the controller are fully charged.
  3. Check the Xbox One settings: Make sure the Xbox One settings are properly configured for wireless headsets. To do this, go to Settings > Display & Sound > Volume > Party Chat Output and make sure "Headset" is selected.
  4. Check for interference: Make sure there are no other wireless devices or routers nearby that could be interfering with the headset's signal.
  5. Contact Razer support: If none of the above solutions work, contact Razer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or help you with a replacement if necessary.

My Xbox 360 controller appears to be having some issues: i turned the xbox on, and it is immediay prompting me to download an update from Xbox Live, however, I cannot get my controller connected to get rid...

There is a connect button on the controller as well. See this site or follow the instructions below. http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/get-started/console/connecting-game-controllers.aspx

  1. Turn on your console.
  2. Press and hold the Guide button on the controller until the controller turns on.
  3. Press and release the connect button on the console.
  4. Within 20 seconds, press and release the connect button on the controller.
  5. When the lights surrounding the power button on the console stop flashing, the controller is connected.

Wireless controllers wont work lights just keep flashing

Have you tried syncing the controllers to the XBOX?
On the front of the xbox there should be a small button next to the memory slots. push that and then push the small button at the back of the controller (near the port). After a few seconds, the controllers should connect.

Good Luck!

My controllers do not connect to the console

My only guess is to hold down the button on the top of your controller it has a symbol like this ))) , hold it down for 2 seconds then let go and go over to the xbox and hold down the smallest button on it for two seconds. both the controller and the xbox lights will start to flash after that, it should be connected.

Xbox 360 wireless controller keeps flashing green no connection

Try syncing the controller and the xbox.
Do this by pressing the button on the top of the controller that looks like a radio and the second on the xbox.

Hope that helps :)

Xbox 360 lips mic will not work

Turn your controller on. Turn the first mic on by pressing the button on the bottom until it flashes. Then press the small round button on the X box then hold in the button on the bottom of the mic. It should flash a lot telling you it is on. Repeat with the second mic. When you get into the game the second mic will not light up again until it tells you to shake the mic to sing a song. Also, make sure you do not have any other controller connected. (Like a guitar or drums) Hope this helps. I was very frustrated Christmas morning trying to figure it out, but now they work everytime.

Wireless controller

I dont know if you have been able to figure out what the proble was with your 360, but the exact SAME thing happened to me. The 360 seems to be working fine, game loads, and both the consoles and the controllers rings lit up green, but then the controllers ring just keeps flashing and the console won't recognize it. I 've tried other controllers and nothing worked and obviously I tried to synch it with the console time and time again. PLEASE HELP!!!
