A E00013-000 deals with the waste toner feed screw being clogged. You will have to pull out the drum unit & vac out the packed toner in the waste toner feed screw. It is a messy job..... I hope you are a tech???? You also, need to make sure that the switch in the rear of the copier is in the correct position and also, look for any stripped gears??? Good Luck
waste toner container is located in front side.open your toner door and door support front frame where the canon logo was sticked.after removing this you can see easily waste toner container
The waste toner bottle is hidden behind the front cover of the machine. Just under where you fit the toner cartridge. If you are competant with a screwdriver, remove this cover and you will find the Waste container. The screws for the cover are hidden behind a rubber bung.
on right hand side is waste toner you should be able to dump it yourself the main problem is reseting the counter that is not included in your manual Go into service mode by depressing the additional function key, then 2
& 8 at the same time, then aditionall function key. Select copier,
then at the top far left side select counter. I blieve the counter is
under MISC as waste toner. Select waste toner, depress the " C " buton
on the keypad and it should reset to all 0's
i think the waste toner bottle is on right side, its on the lower level of right side of the machine there is four screws, unscrew them and empyt the bottle, but u have to clear the waste toner bottle mode after. if this machine the waste toner in the front cover, just open the front cover, left the green handle and pull the waste toner,.the empty it and put it back
When you open the front cover,there is a transperant bottle with waste toner remove the bottle and remove the waste toner from the bottle.There is aslso a small clear transperant plastic holder that detect the level of the waste toner.Use a no2 star skrewdriver and remove it.Clean it and put it back.And reinstall the waste toner.
i dont know about any counter to reset,the message is displayed when there is waste toner in the sensor window of the waste toner bottle.That window can also be cleaned.
If you open the front door,the plastic container in front is the waste toner container .Remove that bottle and dump all that toner.Make sure the neck of the container is free from toner inside and outside.And put the container back in it's place.
