Number 1 you failed to mention what kind of printer you have.
Number 2 when you print, does paper even feed into the printer?
When was the last time that you replaced the feed rollers?
Yes it is possible that a sensor is jammed. Before the 13.02 error,
did the printer actually have a paper jam? If yes, was there a piece of paper
missing from the jammed sheet or was it whole?

I don't know which specific driver you are looking for .. but I'm assuming internal modem driver of 56K so here's the link

Catridge problem #1

Hi,
You can try this:(But be specific the next time.)
1st :Take out the power cord and press the Power button and hold it for 20 sec and realese the button and plug back the Power cord.Try if any problem.
2nd:Take out the catridges and clean the copper contacts, Try to print an Allignment page.(If doesnt work)
3rd:Plug out the Power cord and Press and hold the # and the 3 and 6 button together and holding the button plug in the power cord and realese the button once the power comes up.
4th:Try with different catridges and call HP for replacement.

I ran out of ink in my HP Photosmart C6280 printer. I installed and the printer will work if you use the kep pad, but it will not work from the computer still thinks the two inks are empty. I've restarted,...

ok,i don know whether what im giving is a solution,but if u run out of ink,one temporary solution is to use a hair drier on the catridge,it will declog any ink that is left...It should work for 20 to 30 pages more until u finally have to replace the catridge

Cartridge error

In this case make sure that the catridges are inserted in the right slot...... The Colour Catridge should go in the right side and the black Catridges should go on the left side.... Make sure the catridge which u are using on this printer is the right one.......... It should not be a refilled cartridge if it is it will not work because Lexmark printers are not designed to work with Refilled catridges it may damage ur Printer......... If everything here is fine just take out both the catridges...... Take a Dry Paper Towel........ Clean the copper contacts on the printer as well as the Catridges....... Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer............ Replug it in and if still it says catridge is missing then may be a problem with the catridges.............. Hope it Works..... Good Luck........

My hp Deskjet 1360 printer, is complaining of missing catridge.

This is a fairly common problem with HP Multifunction printers. The small ribbon cable behind the cartridge gets damaged when replacing the cartridge. Ask me how I know? I had to throw away a $269 HP 7210 for this reason after it was just over 1 yr. old. I did it, my bad. Take a close look at the cable behind the cartridge.

Lexmark 3470, new ink dosn't work.

In this case as u said u used this Catridges in 2 printers then check if u have removed the Transparent Strip from the catridges mand if it is removed and still u face this problem make sure u have inserted the Catridges in the right slot........ U need to insert the colour catridge on the right side and the black catridge should go on the left side.... If no go get the catridges replaced....... Good Luck.......
