This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. Try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

i have this vedio dvd cam this does not go to play mode.it always says eject c(model # SC-D6550

buy another. you need a main board..very expensive. samsung builds stuff cheap and they put alot of features on their units.. thats why people buy them. but the downside they dont last. try to look at a canon product ?

You can use the AC charger just fine.

Are you using a Video Camera? If so, you need a Fire Wire cable, not a USB cable. You can get Fire Wire Cables at Radio Shack or any store that sells electronics.

new screen required if problem came on suddenly...however, tiny chance that the screen connector came loose...
