When you hook the camera up to the usb port, windows should automatically detect it as a drive. Then you can transfer your pictures to a folder on your hard drive. Also, if you have a card reader, you can transfer pictures that way. You can order card readers on ebay or get them at Walmart or Radio Shack.

Firstly download the video to your PC (XP+Vista have the software)
Then,once it is on your PC you can edit it and burn it to a CD or DVD.
For other versions of Windows you will neeed a Video editing software.
