You receive this error when a secondary account in a Gold Family Pack subscription tries to add a credit card or buy Microsoft Points. Secondary accounts cannot add credit cards to or make purchases with cards over Xbox LIVE. The primary account can add a credit card and transfer points to the secondary account.
