CSI: Deadly Intent for Wii problem: I'm having problems solving case 1. All I have to do is insert the last glass shard into the ashtray and get the fingerprint on the back of it. I finished talking to the hotel guy and got his shoes and dna. I got the substance of his shoes and compared it to the substance found at the crime scene and talked to him about it. I obtained the last glass shard from the bottom of his shoe and went to the assembly table to put the last shard in the heart and it was already in place, so then I go to the evidence tab to look at the heart and the piece is not in place. I talk to nick and he just keeps telling me the bottom of the shoe, put the heart together but when I go to put it together and it's already together at the assembly table. I don't know if I missed something or it's just a glitch in the game but I'm getting a little frustrated so any help would be great!

the game has many software issues i owned as well and did not respond when i loaded it up. It also could be your xbox it because the xbox is old and worn down to run down to keep up with the newer games.The xbox came out in 2000-2001 so the game is like four years newer. I think you should trade it in for a playstation2 because they have put more newer parts and upgraded it to keep it going for a longer period of time.

Hi there - this appears to be a bug, but in fact is not. In the "maintain your manual" challenge, if you drop the manual (meaning, losing your balance and having the skateboard drop back down to 4 wheels on the ground) the challenge simply resets to the beginning with the clock resetting to 2 mins. Rock back and forth on the balance board to keep your balance. As long as you maintain it for 50 yards, the screen will not go blank and you will pass the challenge! If you drop the board back down before 50 yards, the screen goes black and the challenge resets.
