This is a Comms error, you may have had a power spike/voltage drop/power cut. Or a wire has been broken but this is unlikely.
I would suggest turning the power off at the indoor unit by the isolator, and also the power at the outdoor unit. leave off for 10 minutes, turn on isolator on the outdoor unit and then the indoor unit. Then start the unit up.
If the problem persists you may have a fault with the unit and a A/C contractor would be required.
This is a common call for LG equipment, i get it all the time.
