Reset psp, once turned on doesnt work?.

Looks like you might of run an update of some sort from the UMD disc or memory card. Take the battery out and then put it back after 15 mins.

If it still doesnt work im afraid you may of bricked it by forcing shutdown on the PSP.

There are people on ebay who might be able to help if you cant get the PSP to work.

Just type 'bricked psp' into search and tell the person what happened. It shouldnt cost more than £15 to sort the PSP out.

Psp doesn't want to turn on

The polarity of the charger you used is wrong or the wrong voltage, and has messed up the programming n the battery.  You may be lucky if you get a new battery and use the Right charger, It might fix it.  Sony put a battery in the PSP that has a memory chip in it, and I think it will automatically disconnect if the wrong vooltage hits it, or wrong polarity. be warned that I have seen where someone got a new battery and it did not solve the problem. If this happens to you Contact Sony at the following number.
