Unlock samsung SGH-A737

You have to take the phone back to the Samsung authorized mobile phone service rep for your area, or get your dealer to do that for you.

If your provider does not know your pass code to unlock the phone, they will send it for service. The service tech will re-load the complete firmware package if necessary. This will however, erase all your user data.

Normaly they will charge for this type of service. In our area we pay something like $60 if the password is lost and they have to have their tech work on it.
