My cam i have the white easy share v803 camera;; && one day i went to turn it on && it turnd on but then it shut off && the lens didnt retract;; it has a fully charged battery;; i can go to my favorites to view my picture but the camera wont turn on;; i want to replace my camera but it was given to me as a gift so i dont have the reciept but i have the paper that came with it when it was shippd incase of return

I am assuming this camera was purchased on BestBuy.com because it was shipped to you and the paper you have is most likely the invoice. Digital cameras have a14 day return/exchange period, and if the camera is defective you should be able to bring the camera to a Best Buy™ store and they can return it with the invoice. That being said since this is a gift if you do return it the funds should go back to the person who purchased it. If you are outside of the return/exchange period most digital cameras have a 1 yr mfg warranty and you could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they can send it out for service.
