The problem with the gps device is a minor one. First you ensure it is properly charged, then you reset it by holding down the power button for about 15 seconds, then it will restart and you will be able to touch the screen once again. If that does not work, then you need to calibrate the screen, take note that calibrating the screen does not just work the moment you try it, you need to try it repeatedly till you get it right.
