Rival meat slicers have been manufactured for decades so locating parts for your slicer will depend on the model and age or your unit. There are a number of companies online that will sell replacement parts for most Rival meat slicers. They will need the model number and/or name of the actual slicer to help you locate the proper parts. You can contact Sears for this, 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central.

SOURCE: how to remove the blade on electr-o-matic food

There is a chrome thumbscrew on the back side of the blade housing. Turn the thumbscrew counter-clockwise and pull it out of the housing to remove the blade for cleaning. Expect some resistance to turning from the thumbscrew!
