Quinny buzz when i am pushing the pram every now and then it will click out of place like it wants to shut itself back down, when my baby is in it and it does this its very worrying also if i am pushing it up hill it sometimes clicks out of place at the sides any suggestions is this a normal fault or anything do you know Yes my Quinny buzz is doing exactly the same thing! I have had nothing but problems with this pram. Does anywhere know where I can get it fixed as it is no longer under guarantee??

hi just looked at the instructions and the dreami nor the buzz have a rocking lock underneath do you have instructions for these?

the buzz frame rocks quiet abit anyway like an old coach built pram. have you got the adapters in correctly and locked in place

Hi, I believe you activate the folding mechanism by pushing down on the two grey rectangular plastic buttons on the black side hubs (at the mid point of the pram).

The Lascal BuggyBoard will fit on the Quinny Buzz in both the Pram and pushchair mode. However, it's a bit of a tight fit for your toddler. We had the same issue.

position the pram so the front wheel is facing you,put your feet either side of the wheel to stop the wheels moving

push the two grey button that are on either side and as you push the buttons pull down the frame towards you.

The Quinny Dreami pram body attaches onto the Quinny Buzz chassis using the two plastic adaptors included with the Quinny Buzz purchase. Replacement adaptors can be ordered via your Quinny retailer.

Hi,

Run your hands from the carrycot carry handle downwards (do this either side of the hood) until your hands are at the bottom. You will find a small (silver I think) button either side, push the buttons down toward the floor whilst someone else gently pushes the hood backwards. Once you have done this a few times, you will soon figure out that you can push one button, and then the other, leaving the other hand free to lower the hood.

In the middle of the underneath of the pushing handle, below where the hand brake lever is there should be a button. If there is, this is what you do.
1) put the foot brake on so the rear wheels wont turn.
2) unclip the clips on the frame that allow you to adjust the height of the pushing handle, they open up, and leave them open, like this the handle you push the buggy with should slide up and down.
3) pull this handle out to its tallest position
4) Hold the handle and press the button mentioned at the start in and hold it in
5) Then quite quickly push the handle down as though you were either pushing it to lower its pushing height, or shoving it away in a temper. It needs to be a firm and quick movement.

Ta da!! After a couple of tries it should click and fold up.

Hi if you have not got bags on the handle then yes it needs replacing if it is less than 2 yrs old you can call dorel to fix it, also I have heard that if you send the frame to them & £30. for a service the will fix it. Let me know if this works.

I had the exact same problem with my quinny buzz. When i went to get it repaired i was told that we had broken the gas line in the hydrolics in the frame. When i tried to collapse the buzz for the first time, when i got the the point where you meet some resistance (if you haven't pressed and pushed the buttons properly) i forced it closed which broke the hydrolics. This can't actually be repaired but the pram can still be used safely as long as you manually snap the frame up, ensuring it locks into place. The two black parts meet at the top when it's locked in properly so you should be able to see if it is or not. Make sure when you collapse the pram that you do press and push the buttons fully. You should meet no resistance and it should collapse freely when this is done properly. Hope this helps!
