Just checking to see if someone can help my with my Midwest mp4player. I have downloaded some music on it but cant find the music. I know it is on the device, beacuse when I try to add the track on again it let's me know the track is already on the device. Also is has games but it wont allow me to play it help please. Brand name is MAXWEST portable pmp player MXD-Ztouch-8GB Problem occur when I downloaded the music. I tried everything I know how to do taking the music off and putting it back on again

well actually you would a sd card to store music onto a device and a sd card is a type of memory card

i deleted some songs then there was some space on my mp4player .. i hooked it off the computer again and it worked. dont know why, never mind, thank you!

plug up mp3 player to pc.........go to my computer and open the mp3 / music folder (create one)....now go to start/my computer/find all that downloaded files and click and drag or copy and paste to mp3

go to my computer open the c: drive, then find the file that you had save your music. and open that file....connect the mp3 player (brand, model) to pc once connected open mp3 (copy music files from c::, paste all to mp3)

if your mp3 is an ipod you must download itunes and dowload the music from c: using itunes

ok...the gprs is done through your carrier (tmo)....if your contacts are on the sim card (you will need to transter all to the phone side) this is the only way you allow to assign ringtone,photos and be able to add more info for contact such as biz # & e-mail address...for internet you must configure the phone, follow this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=og0bgJCeC1k.... open the memory file card your music should be in a folder call audio (not the music folder) go back to media open audio player, check options and storage shall match where music is.....a little late 2009 but it is what is hope this helpful

sounds like a corrupted file the only thing you can do is complete format and start a gain

there should be a usb cable taht came with it. if there was this is what you need to do is you need to plug the big end of the usb cable into the bottom of your mp4 and plug the other end into the usb port in your computer. then open your media player and on the right pane it should show your device if you connected it right. then click anf drag the songs you want that is what i did and it work.
