The hard drive may have failed or a virus has corrupted the Cmos data.
Try entering the BIOS and checking that the Cmos recognises that the hard drive is there. If it doesn't, remove the hard drive and re fit it, booting up again.

I bought brand new laptop dell inspiron 1525 and now battery looking damage in less then one years. I need some reliable source where i can purchase quality battery with reasonable cost

I have used a web site for purchasing several replacement laptop batteries, it's called richbattery.com. Both the branded and richbattery.com batteries come with same warranty, both are new, both are the same rating, money back guarantee and I would bet both come from the same factory in China!!! . Try this http://www.richbattery.com/New-Battery-for-Dell-Inspiron-1525-7200mah-9-Cell-Laptop_p_58649.html i hope it helps

Make sure you do not have a bootable CD or DVD in the drive. If that does not resolve, then try holding the "home" (Media Direct) button while pressing the Power button on.
