Normally all thermostat functioning with 24 volt. Check power in your thermostat. If not 24 volts, the transformer input where it should be 110/220 volts be there. If yes, your transformer winding open,. Replace transformer. If not,check power.

Thermostat Totaline P7470100

It's probably the liquid crystal has a crack and is flowing inside the glass. It can only be repaired with a new display.

E2 is the error code for low line voltage. I would think that this is a erroneous code witch would indicate that the thermostat is defective. do you know if this is true line voltage 120v or transformer voltage 24v?

Totaline power

I don't know anything about your particular T-stat, but power comes from the transformer and there should be a 3 amp fuse next to the transformer. They're both located in the air handler (where the fan and evaporator coil Is).

There are two options for this. You can try turing all the power off the the unit completely. The inside and outside unit and give it 30 seconds and turn it back on. This may reset it. Chances are you just burned it up. I hate this for you...

I have a totaline with issues

Replace the batteries first. If that does not fix it, you either have lost 24V from the furnace/airhandler, or the thermostat is bad.

You may get lucky and find that the only problem is a blown 3 or 5 amp fuse on the board. Although that usually indicates a short somewhere in the system.
