When you click on the Web icon on your mobile phone, you get connected to the Internet. For the internet setting/configuration on your mobile you may contact your mobile service provider by calling on help line or visiting their nearest office.

Daughter put phone lock on samsung gt-b3310 and cant remember code what can i do
You will have to reset your mobile phone back to factory default settings.

BUT FIRST.......................Look up in your phone manual for the code for your phone.
If you have not got it then you will have to get it off the net via the samsung website under ..............................samsung gt-b3310 unlock codes or samsung gt-b3310 factory default settings, you will need to remove your battery and make a note of your serial number and any codes on the reverse of the phone then replace the battery again.

Ive got a samsung b3310 but need the settings for picture messages
hi, all you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the internet settings and mms settings they send you these for free via text message that updates your phone to the correct settings.

You could also try going on to your service providers website and see if you can send the settings to your phone from their.

Call them and they wont charge to send you these settings but it will give your phone the correct settings.

I can't access internet via our local provider on my Samsung E-315 because it seems to be stuck on T Mobile internet settings
contact the service provider to send the setting to your phone and save it ans re start it or your phone may have some comptible problem with new setting provided by the t-mobile
