Monitor ia having a problem with Voltage filtration... Replace the
electrolitic capacitors at secondary side of power board, There are 2
voltages, 12 V and 5V...each of them has few electrolitic capacitors in
line, replace them, watch the polarity and all works...Cause of
eletrolitic capacitors on secondary side may be the one little capacitor
in the primary side, becarefull there is some high voltage out there
Try connecting each monitor to a different desktop/laptop computer, to rule-out the possibility that the video-card on your own computer is the cause of the problem.
could be hard drive failure,or you might try to reinstall windows before bying a new hardrive,but before any of that go to the BIOS and make sure that the boot order is right usualy hard drive first

you need to confiremed your BIOS Chipset manufacturer name with current BIOS version.and Check the upgrade version in the chipset manufacturer site only.
the drivers where probley deleted when you used the recovery cd. just go to the fujitsu website www.fujitsu.com on the home page theres a service area under it within the products area theres a software link click on it and search for you labtop and it will give you a few differant download options one of them should be for your wireless
