there is a button on the side or top i cant remember on this model for wireless to be on or off. if you see no wireless networks then it set to off it may be a slide button on the side as well . also check your keyboard if you see what looks like the letter i with circles around it hold the fn key an dpress that key it wil turn on your wireless.
I have come across this issue before. I believe it was with a dell or Gateway laptop. The screen had been stepped on. I wanted to check the computer out before I replaced the screen. I connected an external desktop monitor. It worked fine. You just have to hope that the dual monitor feature is enabled. There's no way to do it without a monitor or active screen. I hope that helps.
There is a switch for the wireless internet on the outside of the computer, its small and has the wifi logo near it, look carefully you may have turned it off accidentally. Thanks Adam please leave me some feedback
no, but if it got knocked hard enough to mess up the keyboard there is a good chance that something has happened to either the gpu or the screen itself as well.
sounds like your new screen cable is either loose or faulty.i had same problem and was only after i had removed keyboard and ensured cable was tightly connected did i solve the problem.it seems to be a design fault in the samsung v20
I have a Samsung V20 for many years and I know it doesn't support a wireless connection built in. But if you connect a USB like myself you can have access to the internet wirelessly. The flikering on the screen are you sure you haven't got a screen saver switched on, you may have it set to a clear black screen and like you say have to tap the keyboard and it comes back to life. It may also have hibernation switched on which will automatically turn off the screen have so many minutes you can change all these setting by right clicking on the desktop and selecting properties and under the screen saver tab there will be a power btton you should see hibernation and other tabs across the top these can be altered to whatever you want.
