Hi, may be ur tvs picture tube base ( crt socket) have some problem. u can see socket on the base board on the end of picture tube neck. replace the same and then try again. ok

That may be because (in case you had not noticed) it is dark at night. As you have given us no information regarding the equipment you are using, we cannot be more specific.
Your ISO was to high or to low , I cant see your pictures to tell, but darkness means you diidnt let enough light in the lens set your appuatue to a small number and slow down your shutter speed. Try whether you have the same problem when using a DVD player. Go to settings of menu, select picture settings, try adjusting the backlight level/brightness/contrast/sharpness/color etc. to your liking. Check whether you get the same problem if you use the same input on another TV.
Your pictures will usually come out black if you're taking those against the light. Check the lighting or your flash (esp. when it's dark - flash is needed). You should know if your camera is for indoor or outdoor use.
no there isn,t.but these cameras do not have enough flash to take great pictures at night,for one you cant be to far away,two you have to have a subject in range of the flash,other wise all you get is darkness.but at the most 10ft is the farthest you can go and still get a great shot at dark.also use auto mode when taking pictures,because it adjusts to light-dark etc.i know this because i have the same camera and its awesome,plus im a photo technician and ran a photo lab for 3years selling digital cameras. good luck,hope i helped
Sounds like a back lighting issue if it worth it to you, you can have it serviced. You can also purchase a camera that for less then you paid for that one and it will be better and new with a warranty. Keep me posted. Thanks, Lee
